I purchased a set of Nerf bars in 2016. I noticed about a month and a half ago that the driver's side had rusted through. I contacted the manufacturer and sent pictures because they had a 5 year warranty. They agreed to send replacements but I would have to pay $117.00 SHIPPING and pay to have them installed if I didn't do it myself. I went back to CC and spoke with Donna. She was able to get replacements with no shipping and they installed them for which I gladly paid the very reasonable removal and re-install charge. Great to work with!
